Helpful review--thanks. I noticed the difference in JWoWW's figure from season to season (ha yes, Jersey Shore fan. lol) and decided to find out what has been helping her along and this one of the things she uses. Again, thanks!

It would have been helpful if you talked more about how you felt on the cleanse. Or talked at all about that, actually. You are also really annoying & that lip smacking thing you did at the beginning was disgusting. I hope you don't do that in front of actual people.

Ca-Ching!! They saw you comin' honey! Just put fresh fruits and some water or fresh OJ in a blender. Take 2 or 3 simple bowel cleansing pills and you'll get the same results. Lots of fresh fruits is the answer. I've been doing this thru my R5 and now P3. Fresh, natural, great tasting and cheap. XOXO Queen Shelley

Sounds like it did the trick. Did you have Bm's with it? Maybe TMI but you know how much us hcg'ers like to talk about Bm's. Great job and love the cute backdrop!
