apparently scientist are now saying that they MAY be able to feel pain. i don't know if it's true but it's interesting! Either way humans are carnivors and we need to kill things to eat! You agree?

Lobsters, like most invertebrates, cannot feel or sense pain....their nervous systems are far too simple to process the complexity of pain

You don't have to eat animals to survive. I eat meat but I'm just saying...Your argument is pretty flimsy.

Thank you. I will stick to your way. Too expensive a meal to ruin.

Right on. It's hard to find somebody with a decent perspective on these things. Besides, you told them it was faster than the other way, so why are they still complaining?

Only if someone ate me after they cooked me.I'm suprised how many people have nothing better to do than worry about a shell fish getting cooked and eaten. Its like you guys don't realize that your human and that all animals eat other animal(most of you probably buy your lobster or meat cooked in a store Ha Ha).But it would be nice if we did live in a perfect world and we didn't have to eat other animals to survive.

Do you know if it is better to just cut into the head to kill it first? or would that lose too much flavor during boiling?

Cutting into the head first might work if you boil them immediatly after, But if you cut too deep into the head you will hit what we call the lady - that is inside the body.If you break this it is very bitter and my ruin the taste of the whole pot(I don't think it's possible to miss the lady because it is located directly behind the head). If you give it a try let us know how in turns out.
