In 1998 Dallas voters approved $246 million in bonds for the Trinity River Park, only to find out in 2007 that a high speed toll road -- approaching $1 billion in cost -- would be part of this absurd plan for a "park". TrinityVote.com is petitioning for a revote of the people, while the Mayor and others have hired petition "blockers" to interfere with voters signing petitions.
