This enstrument's name is ''igil''... This enstrument calls that ''ıklıg'' in Türkiye.
igil (or ıklıg) means ''oklu'' (which enstrument has got arrow)

No disrespect, but note to camera operator: Pull back, and hold still. A 3/4 shot with no panning, zooming, etc. would work just fine.

@sbjames1000 no disrespect taken at all, we just have different preferances in our camera operation, although i would have preferred having an tripod
