I thought he built a robot that went out with any assistance and would randomly attack people but I see he is giving warning. I see why he would not want the chronically homeless to congregate in his area but we should find a way to get people off the streets we do that we would spur the economy further because this would promote work more people working better economy better mental health.

man i live 2-3 blocks away from that place.... seems that it hasnt been put to use since exacty a block nortfh of oterrils, there is a massive "drug corner". seriously...at any given time, moreso at night, one can find "individuals" selling all sorts of things. Like 15-20 people at any given moment.
