I would like to know how many fps this is. stop-starting you can see at catch he places the blades before any leg drive, thus has back splash. At finish he doesn't need to push hands down as his torso drops as his glutes relax and that's what gets the blades out - I didn't know that. Brilliant camera work, good as the sculling!
