my body transformation from june 2011 to nov 2011. i stripped 30 pounds of fat and gained serious amounts of muscle. I did it while having a busy schedule in the office for 8 hours a day, 6 days a week!
this is my first video, i will be posting more videos about my transformation. thanks for watching!!!

  • what types of workout did you do?

  • @tapeduck21 my workout for this transformation consists of supersets, trisets and quad sets. every exercise within the 8 to 12 rep range. you can click the link above and see my blog for some tips.

  • Good work dude. But to be completely honest I think that if you just losed like 1-3 kilo and gained a bit of muscle weight on that 'before picture' you would look a lot better. You're way to ripped for it to be good looking I think
