Tactics Dev Vid 9: Editor

For some absurd reason youtube is unable to move through the first few frames of the video. You can manually click on an early part of the timeline to force it to play, but it will still show that processing status icon :/

I'll try and compress it differently next time, maybe that will fix it.

It's been a while since I last updated Tactics. Hopefully I can continue the updates frequently from now on, but there's no guarantee.

This latest update was completed today - a basic terrain editor. The shadow algorithm is very buggy and it slated for fixing upon next update.

Adding jobs is still on the horizon, as it requires all the action animations to be added in (very annoying).
