Very High Skill level demonstrated.
Saw used is a low vibration make and model.
Saw speed much higher than video makes it to be, a strobe effect of recording video.
Scroll saw blade used has very small kerf. Blade of that size and quality not sold in Home Improvement stores.

Hi Carter, may I ask what scrollsaw works best for cutting these jigsaw puzzles? I posted this question earlier with a different account name which was deleted later after I realized I already had one. Thanks.

@Ryan5900 It truly can't be done. The serrations on the blade are so narrow that you can touch it while it's moving at full speed and you will withdraw your hand in plenty of time to not get cut. It just doesn't happen. I think in 19 years and almost a million puzzle pieces, I've cut myself very mildly only twice - both times because I had a hangnail that caught the blade. Not enuf to even make me pause...... Carter

What model scrollsaw and blade are you using?
Is it baltic birch plywood?
I have to use the hold down foot on my saw ...You make it look so easy.
Thanks,
Dennis

The wood is 5-ply poplar I get online from Wildwood Designs. It buts easier then BB. . The blades are "SUperior Puzzle" blades from Mike's Workshop, also bought on line.
Please throw away the hold-down device and use your fingers to hold down the wood. The device is a nuisance and I know of no one in the scrollsaw biz you uses it. The saw is a DeWalt 788, the only model they make. It's the best for the price.

No, Omnitrix, I wouldn't have to chuck it. If the mistake is bad, I can always glue it back and recut the piece. Otherwise, I just let it go. Who will know?......... Thanks folks for all your nice comments........ Carter
