  • Oh! So sorry for your ribs! I know it is a pain and takes a while to heal but you CAN do things while you heal. My best on your recovery and when you are well be sure to visit my website and download my quickie workout for your abs! Once you can do forward bending, this is one of my faves! Feel better doll!

  • Hi, Yes this workout was focused on the lower abs...but mostly because I just couldn't move my upper abs at the time ouch! For your upper abs, around your ribs you can lie on the ground, and place your legs in the air, straight or bent and curl your head up reaching for your ankles. Repeat many times, at least 20.

For a FREE workout that will target ALL parts of your abs, VISIT MY WEBSITE LISTED , and just fill out the box and enjoy!

    I hope this helps!

  • thank you for posting this tutorial! i cracked my ribs due to a bad fall 5 days ago! i'm happy to at least be able to do some crunchless abs to keep myself in shape for the next few weeks! :)

  • Hello Tracy, my most sincere apologies on your broken ribs but I have noticed most of the exercises shown are for the lower abs and very little on the mid and upper ones so are there any techniques that you are aware of that are very specific and down to the middle and upper part of the abdominals?

  • Great work out, Tracy! My ribs are intact, but I'm chained to my desk this week, so I'm doing crunchless abs at work -- wheeeee!
