I've been lucid dreaming for some years now, but i have a question. Lately, people in my dream eventually end up grabbing me, like an unfriendly hug, it gets intense. For example, last night i kicked the wall so hard ))) i felt it in both my dream and reality, but it didn't wake me up, and the dream continued. Did you ever encounter this sort of situations?

@Munchupyourwaffles it is sort of a big thing to start lucid dreaming, if you set aside maybe it will happen naturally and you will be comfortable with it.

@dreamdimensions well i use a method where i enter a sleep paralysis, open my eyes, and then close them? and aparently it shud make me start dreaming instantly? will that work?

@Munchupyourwaffles for WILD, I hadn't heard that technique. Is it something like letting your mind see visuals as you fall into REM, so your mind is thinking ok visuals, then dreams?

@dreamdimensions yes that is correct.
