New Brawl Glitch "Ledge Running"

I'm not sure if this has been found out yet or has exsisted in Melee. I've looked everywhere and i don't think anybody knows about this. Well you can do this with any character on any ledge. Basically if you tilt the control stick a little bit down but not too far to crouch your character will run slower. However if you do that on the ledge, you will keep running on the ledge in place.

dont you just tilt the control stick in your direction slower? like just slightly tilt to the right

is it possible to walk in place? coz i think that'd be more useful coz youd have more options than just a dash attack.

Wouldn't that be the same thing as standing in place? There are no walk attacks.

it had been found on melee but was different : the character would start dashing slowly then accelerating. You can majorly find this in Falcon videos, it is known as the "sticky walk" or the "stupid dash".

oh! ive done this before! i never knew it was a glitch though
