the first time I heard this song , I said : man , this one could be AWESOME for RED ALERT 3 , since TATU are russian and the song rythem sounds russian , I thought maybe they will hear me and put this song in a new patch for Soviet Union (Russia) , it fits it very well !

the song is "Happy Smiles" from tATu's new album :)

BTW , the chick is my favorite character in the game ;) ,
