How to play Perfect Dark for N64 on the computer

I have created a zipped file for anyone to download to their computer for Mupen to be set up for them. It requires less setup and downloading. Everything is already in this file! Make sure you read the Instructions.

I'm not a noob at this stuff at all, but I was just wondering if anyone had problems with the emu not reading the gameshark plugin. For whatever reason I can't play a game because the emu won't read this tiny little plugin. The plugin is in the actual plugin folder but for whatever the emu won't read it. I don't understand why it won't let me run a rom because of a cheat plugin, I haven't had any problems like this with project64. If anyone knows how to fix this, it would help me a lot.

Perfect Dark just erased its own save file when i wanted to play it today. I tried to open it like normal and my file, which worked before, was gone. Help?
