iPhone Photo Print Demo

In this video I demo printing from my iPhone with the free Canon Easy Photo Print app, printing directly to my Canon Pixma MX340 wi-fo printer. Directly from my iPhone's camera roll to a borderless 4X6 color print.

hey doug, im wanting to buy this, but im really unsure how everything works. with its wireless compatibility, does it mean it can just work on any wifi system? so i can just just plug in the power and then just go?

@MattyDubo The printer is setup to access a wireless network, just as you would a computer on a wireless network.

I bought a pixmamx340. My iPhone won't find it. Do I have to have wifi Internet connecting it to my computer. Do I need a wifi router from computer to printer. I thought I could just use it right out of box and iPhone would find the wifi that is built into printer. Any info would help greatly thanks

@flyinasscritter It has to be on a Wi-Fi network.

@asmedia77 ... Unfortunately Apple only has, at the moment, a select group of printers that is compatible with air-print on iOS 4.2. Those printers are all "hp" but hopefully in the future they will add more printers from other companies. Just make sure it says its compatible with air-print.

Doug... Thanks a million for this video. I just got this printer a few days ago and was wondering how could I print from my iPhone4 since this MX340 is not compatible with air-print used through iPhone iOS 4.2. so I downloaded the app and presto!! It work like a charm. So simple and thanks again. By the way, I got this Canon MX340 from best buy for $39.

@DizzyDougTV :Hey Doug, it was a very cool demo. Well , my Mx340 is connected to my home network (wireless WPA2 enabled) Print function works perfect But my iphone doesn't detect the printer even though its on the same network !!! Wot cud be the reason...??? Any advice ??? Thanx.
