@InsertName125 Yeah, it's amzing how tight hams can affect everything else. A foam roll is a good way to get those muscles loose too, especially before or after a heavy lifting session, even if you didn't work your legs that day.

Hamstring stretches on this thing are one the most useful ideas I've seen. I'm a powerlifter and it seems that the stronger I get, the less flexible my hamstrings get unless I work on them all the time.

Doing something like that in gym which is full of items like the one in the video is quite dangerous for beginners, should they fall off.
