Capacity's got little to do with anything, ticket prices at Fenway are still the highest of any ballpark. Red Sox Nation(look it up dipshit), the phrase not the fanbase, originated in 1986. Explain to me also why the Red Sox had the biggest road game fan attendance since 2003?

Because the capacity of your old piece o shit park can only hold a fraction of what normal parks can hold. Considering Yankee hats and merchandise were all over the place even before our '96 win, yes we would. It's the Yankees after all. Red Sox Nation? Where was that term before 2004?
