    I don't like ruby red because strontium nitrate is so hygroscopic, at least mine is. If I made them with dextrin and water they are never fully dry, if you use acetone you should be fine, but cutting these stars is troublesome.

  • @ExplosiveCoek Did you roll your dragon eggs using NC or phenolic resin? I watched the video and your DE are excellent.

  • @ExplosiveCoek you must use NC or phenolic resin if you want crackle. Nc solution must have the consistency of honey. Add NC solution to composition until it's like clay and the you push it trough a 10 mesh screen twice.

    Magnalium, granular, -275 mesh 25

    Prime with BP + 10% magnalium

    12g of double-base NC powder and 100cc of acetone per pound of powder mixture.

  • To so willow diadem zvezdice, pumpane 14mm.
