@misswrestling45 Eric didn't get mad & threaten to kill Pam because she almost killed Sookie. He did that because she lied to him. Listen to what Pam says after the thriller dance. "Sookie's fine. There was a forcefield. I knew it wouldn't hit her." There was absolutely no way for Pam to know if the missile would penetrate Marnie's magic or not. Pam lied to Eric to sugarcoat her actions, which to him is a serious betrayal. He sent her away to protect her from himself.

Obviously an approved this scene, cuz, like I said, he has a massive hard on for bill, always trying to make him out to be the hero when he's not. If he was a bit more creative I wouldn't mind how much diff the tv show was from the books, but it seems like every good thing Eric does in the books, he let's bill do it on the show

I was sad when Marnie died. She was so relatable. Then again,it was her or the vampires. By the way, i really liked what they did with her character in True Blood because in the books Marnie was LAME.
