Awesome job, makes me want to try this one out soon.

The Residents and Sleepytime. You have good taste. By the way, that cover was spot on.

Hey man, do you have a chart or tab for this?

Wow... nice man

Absolutely fantastic. I tried to get a cover band i was in a few years ago to play this song with me, but they weren't into it... shame. I second @punxtr18 on the Ossuary request. From what i've seen you'd definitely be able to do that song justice.

@FILIPIP : Very hard to transcribe but I keep it in mind!

well done! i could imagine it is hard to pick out what the guitar is doing at all times like you mentioned. i have a 7 string and it sounds like that's what 1997 is played on. unless it's a baritone guitar?

@Omnipot3ntX : I'm preparing a cover of 1997 and as I saw live, Nils doesn't have any 7 strings guitar, he simply dops down the E string to B. That's how I do too even if I also have a 7-string! Thanks for your comment!

I liked that you let the song end. This song is particularly jammin' but I never thought SGM to be a band that focuses its strength in one instrument. It's the compositional effort of the whole band that has me coming back for more. You should practice Ossuary next :P I'd love to hear just the guitar in that.

@punxtr18 : Thank you for your comment! Actually this idea of no instrument leading the rest of the band is what I prefer in SGM. The thing is that it's the biggest difficulty to cover them because you can't really hear what one's playing! I'll see what I can do with Ossuary ;)!
Thanks again for your nice comment!
