Playing with the "Re-Evaluation Time band" in may 2011.After Studying in France with Dominique Di Piazza and in NY with Matthew Garrison in his teen years, Roberto attended the Berklee College of music in Boston where he had the chance to play with and to learn from many "top world musicians" who have been of great inspiration and influence to him, such as Joanne Brackeen, Matthew Garrison, Adama, Marcus Miller, Dominique Di Piazza, Marko Djordjevic, Marlon Browden, Paul Giordimaina, Hal Crook, Steve Hunt, Marty Richards, Louis Cato, Aly Keyta, Helmut Engel Musehold, George Zonce and many others.
Roberto's first album "Re-Evaluation Time", released in January 2010, received raving reviews from several specialised writers and critics in the United States and has been a revelation for many listeners and bass players who greatly appreciated Roberto's wild, unrestrained (even outrageous for several others) sense for expression and highly avanced technical developments.
Thanks to his one-of-a-kind combination of grooving, striking harmonic sense, and vistuosistic melodic attitude Roberto is now making a name for himself in instrumental contemporary music.
He currently lives in Berlin and endorses of Wood&Tronics bass guitars.
