Fair Use Claim: This video excerpt from Boston.com via NECN is done under fair use law. The Boston Globe (and their parent The New York Times) should be ashamed that the Globe's web site, Boston.com, appears to have intentionally ran a condom ad prior to permitting visitors on Boston.com from being allowed to watch the live streaming event of Sarah Palin speaking in a Tea Party Express event on Wednesday, April 14, 2010. Regardless weather it was a democrat, republican, or independent politician speaking, with such broad appeal for the public to watch the event (and during daytime the web is the primary method), the Globe should have used better judgement. The condom ad appearing happens one of three ways: 1) either the Globe specifically sold the ad to the condom company (or the condom company wanted to buy the video stream and the Globe sold it too them); or 2) these were random ads rotating through (which I don't believe is the case because I refreshed the web page and a second version of the condom company ad ran), or perhaps 3) the ads are coming from video feed partner NECN (local 24-hour cable news channel New England Cable News). In any event, Globe staff are monitoring the live feed and clearly would have seen the ads during the event and should have made an adjustment in real-time. The Globe should issue a public apology online and in print.

Sarah Palin is the proper candidate to lead the bunch of tea party misfits racists and uneducated morons! I do not support Obama 100%and I do believe that SOME tea party protesters are actually protesting because they are concerned with government spending. But the fact is that the majority of tea party protesters are a bunch of rejects that have no idea why they attend these rallies.
