Very nice work overall and the outtakes were great idea, very funny!
One criticism: It starts way too slow, almost 22 seconds before main scene. Two people from Pixar gave a presentation to our school and they said they get 100s of demo reels and if you dont catch their attention in the first few seconds, they may not even finish watching. I would just have a 2 second intro, and then go right to the scene, save all that stuff for end.

thanks a lot, glad you liked it... animation is something I do as a hobby right now and it was part of a final project for my animation school...
Take that white guy as a sort of a disco ball alien spirit that wanted to dance until gets tired..
