Three years ago, Monica Sifuentes (33) began experiencing unexplained extreme dizziness and fatigue doing basic things like taking a shower and clothing herself. She was formerly fully employed and living an active life with her husband, Luis (34), and two girls, Nicole (14) and Chae (6). Diagnosed as having pulmonary hypertension (PH), hear what each moment feels like living with a progressively degenerative disease that debilitates the lungs and heart.
