got myself one of those jingle belts now...E is psyched... ready to shake rattle & roll...a little zumba...

the muscle isolation required similiar to nauli & they dancin' for 5-min straight....woaw...

instead of getting stuck in same old rut...

have every other month...i plan on going & getting a better seat now that i know the setup...

the 'fit' girl without music is over 65yrs old....amazingly beautiful...

the routines were new & trying out new moves kinda odd...but good...

the well endowed lady who flexed her pecs was awesome indeed...too bad she had slight wardrobe malfunction *bra strap behind showing badly*...the muscle isolation & control is unbelievable...

tatoos...i don't prefer myself...but that gal was close 2nd *elaine's fav* here isometric shimmy was incredible...didn't like her coverup top interfere with seeing... that tribal fusion was different...she did some michael jackson moves...& was awesome
