Demi's POV
Selena walked further into the living room, and I walked in from behind her. Her mom stood up, "Joseph gave us a call", she said in a shaky voice. "Is he telling the truth", her dad asked as he stood up. Selena started looking very nervous, and she started shaking. "Yes, its true", I said as I took Selena's hand. She squeezed my hand tightly, and looked at her parents and nodded. Her mom and dad looked at each other for a while and her mom finally spoke, "Pack your bags, and get out our house". Tears started coming down Selena's cheeks, and that triggered my anger. Before I knew it, I was yelling at her asshole of parents. They had no fucking right, to that to Selena. Her parents didn't seem to care about what I thought though; they just kept telling Selena to go pack her bags. So, that's what Selena did. I followed her, to help; I don't give a fuck what her parents say or do to us at this point.
After Selena got all packed, I took her bags and loaded them in the car. She followed after me, and her parents slammed the door behind us. Selena got into the passenger seat, and buckled her seatbelt. She then bent forward and covered her face with her hands. I sighed as I closed the trunk (where I put the bags), and got in the driver's seat. I started the car, and began to drive after I buckled myself in. The ride back to my house was silent. All I heard was Selena sniffling, and a loud sob every now and then; which broke my heart. I couldn't stand to hear her cry. I feel like she doesn't deserve to cry. She's so beautiful and sweet, like an angel. Seeing and hearing her cry is just intolerable.
We finally arrived to my house. I parked my car into the driveway, and got out of the car. I got Selena's bag out the trunk, and closed it. Selena got into the car also, and followed me inside. When I got inside, no one seemed to be there. "Can I go lay on your bed", Selena asked. I nodded, and kissed her forehead, "Go ahead". Selena started walking up the stairs to my bedroom. I did, too. When we got up to my room, I put Selena's bags down. "You know you're staying here and nowhere else, right", I asked her. She nodded, "I'd rather be here than anywhere else anyways", she replied with a small smile. Selena laid across my bed, and sighed. I laid beside her, and looked at her. She looked back at me. I made a silly face at her, and she laughed that adorable laugh at hers, and gave me a face back.
Monday, we returned back to school. When we walked in, people were all staring at Selena weirdly. She looked down; I guess Joe decided to spread the word about Selena being bisexual. That asshole. Selena walked with me to breakfast, and we sat by Nick and the rest of her friends. They welcomed us with smiles, but when they actually focused on Selena, they all looked slightly worried. I don't blame them, though. I'm kind of worried for Selena, too. People are going to be really mean to her. I remember when I told people that I was a lesbian at my old school. Sometimes I just wanted to jump off a bridge, and I don't want Selena having thoughts like that. "Are you okay, Selena", Shay asked. Selena looked up at Shay, and nodded. "You know, we don't care what anybody at this school thinks about you being bisexual, we love you, and you know that", Ariana said. Everyone nodded in agreement with Arianas comment. Selena finally gave us a true smile, "I love you guys, I swear", she said. She then grabbed my hand under the table. I looked at her, and she looked back at me. I couldn't help but to smile glowingly. "Is there something we should know about", Liz asked as she raised an eyebrow. "Yeah, are you too dating", Ashley asked as she smiled. "I think they are", Troian said as she put down her book and stared at us. I blushed, "We're not dating". "Yeah", Selena said as laid her head on my shoulder. "LESBIANS", I heard Joe scream, and point to us, only like 10% of the cafeteria laugh, but the rest was just rolled their eyes. I see that more people like Selena than Joe. The lunch bell rang, and I walked with Selena, Nick, Ariana, and Liz to our first period.
