***The owner is now selling the M17x R2 , if you are interested, PM AlexBeast14. BTW, he is NOT selling this laptop for LESS than what I bought it for. It is in MINT condition with ALL or MOST of the same box conents that came with it, INCLUDING software disks. PS: The nameplate on the bottom will be removed.
A review of the alienware M17x and M15x.The M17x is owned by Alex Best.The M15x is owned by me.
The M15x specs are
Intel Core i5-540M 2.53GHz (3.06Ghz Turbo Mode, 3M cache)
4GB Dual Channel DDR3 at 1066MHz 2 x 2048MB
15.6-inch WideHD+ 1600x900 (900p) WLED
1GB ATI Radeon Mobility HD 5730
500GB SATAII 7,200RPM
Slot-Load Dual Layer DVD Burner (DVD+-RW, CD-RW)
The M17x Specs are:
An Intel i7 620m 2.66ghz (Turbo mode = 3.33ghz)
2x ATI Radeon HD5870 in CrossfireX
and 8mb of 1333 RAM
ALSO: a 250GB Hard Drive

@ben12951295 Dude, the difference beetween the M17x and the M15x is the M15x has a 15.6 screen and the M17x has a 17.2 screen. So there is no difference. I own one.
