Documentary on the events that led to the economic collapse of Argentina in 2001 which wiped out the middle class and raised the level of poverty to 57.5%. Central to the collapse was the implementation of neo-liberal policies which enabled the swindle of billions of dollars by foreign banks and corporations. Many of Argentina's assets and resources were shamefully plundered. Its financial system was even used for money laundering by Citibank, Credit Suisse, and JP Morgan. The net result was massive wealth transfers and the impoverishment of society which culminated in many deaths due to oppression and malnutrition. Official name: Memoria del Saqueo by Fernando Solanas 2003.

It reminds me of what happened to the Israelites in ancient Egypt, how they were lured from their lifestyle of freedom into eventual wage slavery and then outright slavery until there was a revolt and exodus. History repeats itself, folks, nevermind the religious connotations. History has been repeating itself since ancient times. US congresswoman Cynthia McKinney has come out and blamed the pro-Israel Lobby in America (AIPAC, ADL, ZOA, etc) for ruining her political career. While in congress she refused to sign the pro-Israel pledge and took a pro-Palestinian stance. Because of this, McKinney said “war was declared” on her by the Jewish lobby. In 2009 she told TIU's Ognir that “more than 99% of Congress work for Pro Zionist Israeli interests.”

@antiworldgovernment I agree. Also, I've noticed the democrats and republicans never go after the billionaire tax cheats. They get a free pass---while the democrats attack the middle-class (anyone making over 60K according to them) & the republicans attack the poor (anyone on welfare). So the middle-class is destroyed by the democrats and when everyone is too poor to even feed themselves-- the safety nets (medicare, food stamps) are taken away by the republicans. They tag team us.
