材料:雞腿肉1隻、老薑10公克
調味料:麻油100cc、米酒200cc

作法:
1.先將雞腿切成塊狀,放入滾水中快速汆湯過水備用。
2.熱鍋加入麻油,用小火將老薑片爆香成金黃色,再加入汆燙好的雞肉塊起加入翻炒到表面上色。
4.最後再加入米酒,再加水到蓋過雞肉,蓋上鍋蓋用小火悶煮15分鐘,即可起鍋。

  • Tried this recipe, but didnt really like it. Lacks flavor to me. Thanks though! :)
