Yea a hollow point isn't ment to go through Kevlar vest only soft tissue, just another dumb test to make the 9mm look good

Well sometimes dropping person with 1st shot is more important then penetrating his armor and damaging organs. But yeah if you can hit heart or other vitals with 9 mil right away - then it's a win.

@GENODELMAROATL A 5.7 round penetrates a inch of titanium plate armor. Soft armor will not stop this round. lol Only dragon skin would.

You see all that shock, that energy would blow up a persons heart. Doesn't matter if it stopped it, the person wearing the vest would be dead. Incenderary hand gun rounds will go through this vest or light you a blaze. Incenderary rounds are nasty, expensive but work effectively. I had some 45 cal +P HP with incenderary fuel and metal shards with a primer put into the head. Very deadly, with what it does to steel plate and armor. Burns at 5000F.
