Grab a box of Federal 00 buck with the flight control wads. They pattern amazingly well out of almost any shotgun. They are a great home defense round.

Today I put this gun threw 200 rounds of target shells and haven't had any problems whether it be a misfire or anything related. It took a few shot to get dialed in but after that it was a dream to fire. Even tho it only has an 18 and a half inch barrel it still destroys clays at 50+ yards away. It is a very well made gun.

@MichaelkSimmons 20 gauge holds 7/8 - 1ounce shot. 12 holds 1 1/8 - 1 1/4 ounce.

@finkleheimerable Stoeger sells additional standard screw in chokes that are $25 and extended chokes for $30. Go to their website store. The Supreme comes with two different screw in chokes.

@wilkbor Double triggers use a mechanical action to impact the round. Single trigger double-barrel shotguns rely upon the inertia of the previous fired round to enable the next round to fire similar to a semi-automatic gun. Double triggers are generally more reliable and you can choose which barrel to fire which is especially good if you have different chokes and ammo loaded. Stoegers are Non-selective triggers meaning if you have a single trigger model you can't choose which barrel fires next.
