Please, the best part about cooking is turning a recipe into your own. Blend the sauce with the skin on for a smokey favor! delicious.

sorry, they is me and I don't have a soundman or a crew. It's also super windy in Tribeca. The mic screen I had was useless. I did buy a wireless lapel mic. If I can figure out how it works I'll give that a try.

I don't know why people are always so rude. There is a lot of effort put into these videos. I happen to find them all very entertaining. I love a lot of the recipes. Thank you for sharing them. Now only if my kids would ask for salad for breakfast!

thanks for the tip with taking the peel off the pepper..cold water, so simple...I have always struggled to get them off!!!!

As a parent, I feel I need to point out that anyone watching the video and reading your basic by line, knows your kids names, what school one of them goes to along with what he looks like and what time he is at said school. I like the idea of integrating personal life into a video, but I think you need to be more careful.
