Russians are bad-ass fighters and skilled operators. I sincerely wish that our governments (USA, Russia) would cooperate on more matters, especially some military things. The forces would be unstoppable. We'd have air superiority, technological superiority, and an infantry super power. Unfortunately, embers of decades old rivalries and political differences would seem to prevent this, at least at this time. :/

send GRU into Afghanistan again after all the lessons they learned from Afghanistan and Chenchnya and they would sweep the Taliban clean. yeah i know NATO shouldn't have been to Afghanistan in the first place, so much money is spent there on nothing. but if the Russians would coorporate it's game over for Taliban and whatever leftovers are left from Al-Qaeda.
