Cool Down routine for the 55+ demographic or the absolute beginner. This routine is meant to bring the heart rate down before the final routine.
I utilized footwork from the original 50's dance "The Stroll", as danced on American Bandstand.
The original Stroll has six steps:
Tap front (1) , tap back (2) , tap front (3) , step side (4) , cross back (5) , step side (6) . Then it repeats to the other side.
Feel free to use any / all parts of the choreo in class.
