@MissJenni2642 I agree diet and exercise are important, I myself am not overweight but many in my family are and because I care I do voice my opinion to them about their poor eating habits and lack of physical activity however, I do so respectfully. Bottom line, its not what he said cause most of it is true, however its how he says it.

@lavonne101 he's not ignorant...he is telling the truth...its just a matter of diet and exercise......what is ignorant about what he said? Im not a skinny woman either but I will admit he is telling the truth and to be honest NO ONE should be eatting greasy fucked up food. I am a black woman who is over weight and I am not mad at him....he's telling the truth..you cant be mad at the truth,its real!

Its a matter of diet and exercise...bottom line...and if you go to the grocery store and eat from the produce isle and walk and run...the weight can come off or just not arrive all together....here in the NW we hike our ass off and it is a hell of a workout......and its free as hell!

Then I realized that People only watch u cause ur are a f@*#ing joke, no sensible person would take anything u say seriously....your topic was a real issue that caught my attention but the way you came across was offensive and nasty....seems u would be more understanding being that u have a few nasty unhealthy habits of ur own.

So funny. One thing i know is no matter how much you bitch, or what your intentions are, A person is not going to lose weight until they are individually READY to. It is an internal thing, that a person DECIDES to change their live. I CANT BELIEVE you spent 10 minutes bitching on someone else's weight. LOL come on man. Tough love is definitely required sometimes, especially when people don’t seem to grasp how dire a situation is. It’s not just about your appearance, it’s about your overall health and the message we pass along to our children who will later emulate us.
