pleasantly surprised with the Almay intense i-color shadow trio and L'Oreal H.I.P. shadow duo

sephora lash applicator is OK. kinda in the middle with it. with my years in dance performance, i've only learned how to apply false eyelashes free hand, and sometimes its difficult to actually place the band on properly with the curves of the eyelid. i'd sometimes try to press in the corners by using the back of a make up brush, but then end up "flattening" them out onto the lid, and the tips of the lashes would hang downward in front of my eyes, instead of curling upwards. i think the curved part of the applicator is supposed to help even out the pressure you place on the lashes when you put them on in one shot. however its difficult to see what you're doing because once you get close to your eye, it blocks your vision into the mirror.

sephora make up wipes are not impressive.
