Re: Christians and Votebots

My response to TogetherForPeace (Jack)'s recent vid. It was a bit speculative, but I think there was something that needed to be said. I kinda got a little sidetracked by the end, but the basic message I want to be taken away from this vid is this:

Votebots suck, and votebotters suck too. For everyone. We shouldn't divide ourselves into the religious groups against the atheist votebots and vice versa, we should be people against votebots versus the votebotters.

Enjoy, rate, subscribe, comment and I'll neglect to steal candy from children this week.

I live in Seattle. I hardly see atheists here in WA. being suppressed by religious people. Additionally America in the past couple decades has become much more secularized and continues to head down that trend.

While that may be true, as of today, atheists are a despised and mistrusted group, far more than the religious no?

In "The God Delusion", Richard Dawkins quotes a statistic that shows that of a bunch of minorty groups including gays, blacks, mormons, women and some others, atheists were at the bottom of the group in terms of trust. 50% of people said they would not elect a politician that was otherwise qualified if they were atheist.

"rate positive the christians vids, dump on the ahiest ones" you know what? i got no problem with that. let em. here's where that strat will fail. "CHRISTIANS DO NOT WATCH VIDS OPPOSING THEIR VIEWS" they mostly wont even click on them. i think its pretty obvious who of the 2 camps is more open minded , and who will expose themselves the varying view points. hence the votebots. tfp in this vid is acting and schemeing like a mafia don. ive lost all respect for him.
