1991 Suzuki Bandit 400 (GSF400) walkaround

My 1991 Suzuki Bandit 400 (GSF400) Slingshot: 398cc of high revving four cylinder niceness.

It's quite a rare bike in Canada. It was only sold here for a few years and was never really that popular to begin with. To find one in 2010 with a proper Suzuki tank bra and only 14000km on the odo is even rarer. I didn't buy it as a collector's item, though--I bought it to RIDE, and that it does well.

Your bike is beautiful! I want a 91 GSF400 in red with white wheels just like this one. Very envious. They are hard to find around here.

@RaceMeMZ3 Thanks for the compliment. I'm sad to say there's one less Bandit 400 in existence since I crashed this one, so finding one isn't getting any easier! I'm on a DRZ400 supermoto now but I'd love to have another small inline 4 to scream around on. Good luck with the search, my friend.

yes it is a good bike its a creamer!!.. the only thing needs much care is the carb , tune it good then you gonna love this...

I just installed a new regulator-rectifier and it's running much stronger than this video shows. One of these days I should upload another vid...

wow i thought it can only get 7kph on second gear... how did you do it go so fast on second gear? .. my bandit is a 400v 89 59hp

@ErickTheBanditCDO I have no idea why, man, sorry. For your information, mine is a Canadian market 1991 GSF400 Slingshot (non-V). I took it up to over 95km/h in second gear just today...

Rare bike, my dream bike because here the plates are 330$ pour 400cc and under (even sports) and 1200$ for 400cc+ for sports...
