Just wondering, are you actually a fan of hers? Or do you just want the job to be DJ?

I am a fan. I've always watched the show here in New York in the morning, but I also really want the job. When she chose another actor to be her DJ last year, I was a little annoyed, especially when he didn't do much to spice things up. The new season starts next week, so I'm wondering what's going to happen. Thanks for your comment, Evan

The original loop is called "The 900 Number" by the 45 King, but it has been sampled so many times. Most popular sample is by DJ Kool's "Let me clear my throat". It's also been heard in movies like Bring It On and was the music for The Ed Lover Dance from Yo MTV Raps. That sax loop gets everyone movin'

I think the reason Ellen picked Stryker was becuase he is experience in radio and TV, not to mention he has his own show too. Anyways, you seem cool but I really like Styker, he is funny and younger. lol

ellen for sure had to make a tough desicion, but I think you should have made it. Being a dj also, it's nice when other DJs spice it up a little and make you say wow. sadly, stryker doesn't do this. he's got the equipment (Serato, 2 CDJ1000mk3s, and a DJM-800 (I think) so he could be cutting it up on the show, but he doesn't, which is a shame. no mixing whatsoever. he's still great, but you would've been also.
