Coronation Street made the most creative toast.
If you watched the EastEnders Live aftermath the Coronation Street cast made another toast to EE's 25 years. It would only be right for EE to do one for Corrie's 50th.

Corrie rules the waves, but we are very competitive in the UK! Emmerdale with a train crash coming up! Eastenders with the fire! Best entertainment in the world! Hope HM The Queen will honour Corrie!

Do you think EastEnders would have done the same thing for the other soaps? Would they do it nowardays?
Also, I like how few characters in Brookside were used compared to the characters in other soaps.

Im sure they would have...
And I doubt they'd do it thesedays, they are too busy filing 100 episodes a week...
Though if they have time to record Children in Need specials on BBC or "Family Album" episodes on ITV, I'm sure they could spare 5 minutes to record a birthday tribute if needed...
