A lot of carriers tend to do that, beyond giving their phones ridiculous names (this phone is the Ozone on Verizon! WTF? TFW? FTW!!

I have the Snap through Sprint and the whole middle section is different. What happened to the trackball? That was a neat feature and one of the reasons I downgraded from my Diamond. Why the change is the the middle features of the phone???
