  • no shit man....my body is struggling right now...took me 30 minutes to get on my computer.........same shit happened to me i was at my buddies house and we kinda laughed at it....and then 40 minutes later at my own house i couldn't move at all....

  • Didn't realise how important potassium was until my muscles wouldn't work in my legs and I collapsed at a friends house.

    My legs were trembling and they had a weird weakness. Potassium is needed for the muscles to contract. It started affecting my heart too sinces its a muscle too.

    Anyway in the end, docs told me my Thyroid was stuffing up my potassium levels. Being a 29yr old male with a decent fitness level this was shocking.

    If you go thru any of these symptoms, go see a doc now.
