Various Games on the Alienware M14x

Games tested: Crysis 2, Battlefield: BC2, Just Cause 2, Shattered Horizon, and Unreal Tournament 3.

Crysis 2: All settings "Ultra" with the HR Texture Pack Enabled on DX11. Res: 1366x768.

Bad Company 2: 1600x900, All settings High, DX11, 2x AA, 16x AF, HBAO Off

Just Cause 2: 1600x900, all settings highest, AA and SSAO off

Shattered Horizon: 1600x900, DX11, all settings highest, 2x AA and 16x AF

Unreal Tournament 3: 1600x900, everything maxed.

3GB NVIDIA GT555M
8gb DDR3 RAM overclocked to ~1600mhz in BIOS
500gb 7200RPM HDD
14.0 WLED HD+ 1600x900

GPU Overclocked with NVIDIA System tools to 765/1080

And also which processor is more worth it between the 2860 and the 2769 . Lastly is 16gb of mEmory better then 8th? Please respond because I'm planning on gettin an alienware

@General638 Get the 2670QM (lowest i7), it makes no noticable difference for the higher CPUs. 8gb of ram is enough, 16gb is useless unless you know a reason why youll use that much. I dont have Shogun sorry

@Hormidal The 2760 is faster but the 555M is not fast enough to take advantage of it. Youre much better off getting the 2630QM (or base i7; whatever its called now)

Alienware comes over clocked to the max when you get it so it is warrantied that way

I have this laptop and I want 2 overclock the gpu just a little bit but i'm scared i'll fuck up my gpu since all laptops have horrid cooling (compared 2 a desktop) do u have any problems with it overclocked? Just want 2 make sure.
