yea here in ohio we need a permit for garage sales. its kinda dumb in my point of veiw. but u gotta go withe bad and the good sometimes.

I live in a working class neighborhood. 2 of my neighbors are full-time scrappers. Nobody complains. My neighbor works on metal and cars. He just tosses scrap over the fence in my backyard. We have one dickhead on our block like you seem to have. He built a new home in our established neighborhood and thinks he is the cock of the walk. If a kids toy is laying in the yard he will turn neighbors in for having "trash" in the yard. His yard gets filled with litter mysteriously at night . "Wink"

I had a simalar thing happen but was told I should have nothing in my driveway except the car.

$5 to get a permit for a yard sale in America. What a fucking stupid country we live in where we need to pay the government to sell out own stuff on our own property.
