The reality is ANYONE doing situp especailly at the speed this kid is doing them risks back injury. It is old school, frowned on by most medical professional and trainers and there are many better ab exercises both more effecive and less strain on back.

btw you don't do them right put your hands on your temples and don't go the whole way down i should no i have a sick pack and ive been doing boxing for 7 years and im 14. :D
