how long does it roughly take for fruit and veg to dehydrate in a solar dehydrator? How will I know when the food is ready for storing?

I liked the video. I think that I could meditate with the music background. I felt inspired. I hope to buy a dehydrator soon. Is there a certain brand that is affordable and reliable? I might try dehydrating some winter squash.

this video is : too short, lacking in detail, and the blue text was a poor choice..........a nice little " think about it " video, but no details at all..........all in all, a Fail for sure............

@spbroy not if you dehydrate lower than 115 degrees, it is still considered raw.
