  • I've been using this technique the past few weeks, and I really, really like that by taking the arm back an inch or two, I've increased the intensity without having to increase the weight. At forty-three, the less stress on my body the better. Thank you.

  • If your elbows hurt or crack during tricep exercises one thing that could be happening is that you elbows are flaring out and.you're putting tension on the tendon where it doesn't need to be. If you flare out your elbows you'll deteriorate your tendon and have issues for the rest of your life.

  • my elbows always pop when trying these and hurt but i found a new way to do them that doesnt

  • @jacobshrews207 because when your a body builder you have to shave and plus if you had a nice body you dont want hair covering up your muscle lol so you shave it
