That was my last comment on this. I won't stoop down any further to you people can't seperate race-competition from Law of Massachusettes and the overall effectiveness of Crowley as a decision-maker with the interests of not wasting tax-dollars and incurring a law-suit.

Were they right? Was the behavior of the two right - No but Gates and Crowley are the ones needing to exchange apologies and Obama already retracted his statment which he can't apologize fully for because the fact of the matter is- the arrest was dropped, apparently didn't meet MA law of what's considererd disorderly conduct - so there it was a bad choice on crowley and even worse if the Police get sued 4 his decision -(This is mutually exclusive of Gates verbal behavior in context of law).

The arrest was not in alignment with MA law for Disorderly conduct and the charges were dropped - what was to be gained from the arrest after Gates proved he lived there- even if Gates was rude to Crowley. Crowley showed no respect by coming into his home univited, per Gates while Gates agreed to retrieve his ID. So no ones apologizing, including Crowley.

This is a dialogue for Americans - that's right I'm officially discriminating. As Far as Israel is concerned you need to take ur energy and talk to ur own leaders here. We could use all the help in getting them to walk the line.

Look you take you own advice b/c I've lead an ass to the River but a las, I can't make you drink you Donkey. Never condoned Gates' comments to the officer. But I look at the pic objectively based on Crowley's police report. I doesn't matter what color u are any homeowner is going to give resistance like Gates did initially if a Officer does not announce he's an office - YES crowley says he was in an unmarked car and Gates had to ask him who he was & what he wanted>>> (So yes Both were wrong)

Nothing was acomplished but a photo op. Gates did not appologise, He is still thinking about sueing. Obama did not apologise, There was no agreement, or understanding. Obama cant even get a cop and a college professor to come to an agreement, how much beer is it going to take for Isreal and Iran come to an agreement. Obama= Diplomatic failure

I guess we shouldn't expect too much from him, after all, he is only a community organiser
