This is an informative video about child sexual abuse in America. Child sexual abuse is common in our society, but why? It is a disgusting and traumatizing occurrence, yet we don't do enough to understand it, help the victims, and prevent the abuse. This video may disturb you, shock you, or bring up past traumatic memories, so there will be resources at the end, in order to help you cope, raise your awareness, and prevent this type if abuse.
This video was created as a project for an awareness about Violence Against Women class at SUNY New Paltz Class: WOM314-01, Professor Peri Rainbow

This video really touches me from within my soul. I was molested as a kid and one of my molesters was my evil step dad. As your video stated, some people don't start feeling the after affects of sex abuse until they're older. I'm one of those people. This year's been a bit rocky for me because I've been thinking about a lot from my mom being committed to all the bad things that happened to me when i lived with her.
