How To: Make Eyeliner last on your Waterline ALL DAY!

I have combined a few methods I have seen to make my eyeliner last literally all day! I'm sure other people here on youtube probably have very similar ways of making their eyeliner last all day. If you have seen a similar video, don't think I'm trying to copy anyone because I'm not. There are only so many ways people can do their eyeliner. I'm just sharing the method that works for me :) Enjoy!
